Buyer Agency Agreement

Service Description

This is the monthly payment found in paragraph 15 of the Buyer's Agency Agreement you signed.... $250 non-refundable professional service fee is to be paid up front at the beginning of this agreement and on the first day of each month to selling firm until an offer has been accepted or contract is terminated. This fee will be deducted from the fee found in #6 that is due at closing or cancellation fee in #9. Selling firm will at buyers request work to get professional fee from seller/listing firm or higher fee offered by seller/listing firm.
