No Agent

If you choose to see this house with no agent to represent you, I can schedule a showing but there is a document you will need to read (and sign that you have read and understand) before we can set an appointment as well as a showing fee of $50.   Buying a house without representation can be done but I do not encourage it.   Rainbeaux Realty only represents one side of each transactions (buyer or seller) not both.    Rainbeaux Realty is representing  the owners in the sell of their home at 2218 S W Tulsa in Siloam Springs.  All of our duties and responsibilities are to them.   We will treat all our customers with respect and honesty but our job is to do the best possible job for the sellers even if that is not in your best interest.    Any and all information disclosed during showing or any other interactions will be shared with owners.
